What we collect, and why

Your name, email, phone number, business name and anything you tell us about the job, plus any artwork or photographs you send. We use it to quote, to produce your order and to keep you updated. The lawful basis is performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry.

Marketing

We only send marketing email to people who have ticked the box, or who have bought from us and have not opted out. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe and we will not pass your address to anyone else.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers we need to run the business: our website host, our email provider, our payment provider, couriers, and our accountants for bookkeeping and statutory records. We do not sell data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records for six years, as tax law requires. Enquiries that never became orders are deleted after two years. Artwork is kept so repeat orders match, unless you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will deal with it within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
