Who we are

My Branded Gift is a trading name of 3DGuru Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17310662, at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk IP28 7DE.

Quotes and proofs

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Nothing is printed until you have approved a written proof. Once you approve a proof, that is what we make — please check spelling and dates carefully, because a reprint caused by an approved error is chargeable.

Items you send us

We will tell you before you send anything whether we believe the surface will take ink. We photograph every item on arrival, before any work begins.

UV printing on an item we did not supply carries risk that cannot be removed entirely: ink may fail to bond to an unidentified coating, and handling or heat can mark some finishes. If a print fails on your item we will tell you straight away and we will not charge you for the work.

We cannot replace an item we did not supply, so please do not send anything irreplaceable. We will decline work on heirlooms, one-off items and anything still under warranty. None of this limits our liability where loss or damage is caused by our own negligence, or affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items are sent to us at your risk in transit — please use a tracked and insured service. We hold finished items for 60 days after we tell you they are ready.

Artwork and intellectual property

By sending us artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. We will not reproduce third-party brands, logos, characters or designs without evidence of permission, and we may decline a job on those grounds at any point.

Cancellation and returns

Personalised items are made to your specification, so the usual 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once production has started. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.

Payment

Bespoke work is invoiced on completion unless agreed otherwise. Larger runs may require a deposit, which we will tell you about in the quote.
